Great place for a variety of steaks, roasts, burgers and sausages. And don't forget to get your Meat Candy (aka, bacon) on the way out. #BEBLESSED

This place is wonderful. I love that we have a resource like this right here in our own backyard lots of meat to choose from and quite friendly staff. The only downside is you want to get there a little early by the time I get off work on Fridays Pickens are a little slim for what’s left unless you want something frozen But don’t let that deter you. They’ve got a world of options and a lot of choice cuts that look great and even going to a local butcher or something like that, I don’t know if it’s that much fresher than here definitely fresher than Walmart so I can’t complain my first visit. I took these photos and got myself asirloin roast that I smoked for a few hours on the green egg. It was my first attempt at roasting something on the green egg and I think I nailed it came out delicious will be back soon.

I purchased ribs, sausage, hamburger, beef roast, and steaks. Meat is high quality. Items are easy to find and service to check out was efficient. Sausage, steaks and roast were very good after I cooked them.

My first visit after several years of wanting to go was excellent. Everyone was friendly, prices were just 1 or 2 dollars higher than big box stores but id always pay more to support local products. I was there apt 9:30 and mostly everything was still in stock. I will defintely be returning.

All their meat is aged and excellent. Only open to the public on Fridays and, because of the quality and price, they are pretty much picked clean by 2-3:00. Whatever you do, don't buy the Minute Steaks because I buy every one they have, pound them out, season them with Bad Byron's Butt Rub, quick-sear them and vacuum pack them for the best roast beef sandwiches I've ever had!
